Represent pieces honestly
Use clear, current photographs. Describe chips, crazing, repairs, missing parts, fading, and other condition issues. Never use “authentic” as a guarantee unless you can show the evidence supporting that claim.

Community guidelines
Odd & Found works when collectors are specific, generous with what they know, and honest about what they do not know.
Show your evidence
Include maker’s marks, base stamps, signatures, labels, measurements, and provenance where available. Stock photography may support a reference post, but a sale listing must show the actual object offered.
Keep ratings transaction-based
Rate only sellers you have completed a transaction with. A review remains private until the buyer and seller confirm the same transaction reference. Reviews should address listing accuracy, communication, packaging, delivery, and resolution—not personal disagreements unrelated to the sale.
Credit images and research
Only upload images you own or have permission to share. Cite catalogues, archives, product pages, interviews, or other collectors when a journal entry builds on their work.
Spaces must show the real thing
Every space submission must visibly feature at least one identifiable MacKenzie-Childs piece. Add the pattern or collection name when known and disclose replicas or look-alike pieces.
Keep listings current and accountable
Sale listings expire 30 days after availability is confirmed. Members may privately report suspected counterfeits, misleading condition, expired links, unsafe contact, or image-rights concerns for administrator review.
No harassment, counterfeits, or manipulation
Harassment, hate, counterfeit sales, stolen imagery, review manipulation, misleading placement, and attempts to evade moderation are grounds for removal.
